When you inherit a coin collection, getting fair value and effecting a proper distribution to all the entitled heirs can be a difficult experience, or it can be a positive one. Inheritances frequently involve intense emotions and if not handled properly, can result in the estrangement of siblings and other family members from each other.
You may need an overall assessment of the collection’s value, from a cash perspective and/or an insurance perspective. You may need to have the collection fairly divided. You may want to sell the collection or part of the collection, and divide the remnants among the heirs in a responsible manner. You may want to know which parts of the collections would be advantageous to hold, and which would be advantageous to sell. These and other questions and concerns may arise, and CNP can help you every step of the way.
Whatever your requirements, CNP has the knowledge and experience to make your responsibilities as executor much easier, or to help you secure your fair distribution if you are an heir. Feel free to call and discuss your situation.
There will be no charge for your initial consultation.
